Returns Policy: Online Purchases 

Conditions for Return 

Please review and ensure the following return conditions are satisfied before submitting your return request:

 

- Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

- Items being returned should be in their original condition: unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. 

 

Please note: 

- Only items purchased directly from olivalenti.com are eligible for return.

 Purchases made from physical stores, stockists, or The Market are not eligible. 

- Oli Valenti Jewellery cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations. 

- Perfume products are also non-returnable for health and safety reasons. 

- Sale items are not eligible for refunds or store credit. 

 

Any returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Regular Price Products

 

Items purchased at the regular price can be returned for a complete refund to the original payment method or store credit, as long as it's within our designated return window.

 

Discounted Items

 

Products bought on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please make your selection thoughtfully.

 

Exchanges

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for online orders. If you'd like a refund or store credit, please ensure your item meets our return conditions and is returned within the designated timeframe.

 All products must be returned with all security tags and labels intact. The return should include all original packaging and accessories received with the order, such as cases, hangers, garment covers, etc. The product must be in its original condition, free from signs of use, scratches, or alterations (including washing, ironing, or wearing). It should be returned exactly as it was shipped, in its original packaging.

You can then browse and purchase your preferred size or style directly from our website. Alternatively, you may visit our Oli Valenti retail store to exchange your purchase, depending on product availability in-store.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any future Orders from a Customer who has made multiple returns on previous purchases.

 

Return Shipping Expenses

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Oli Valenti is not liable for any lost packages during transit.

 

To Make a Return

Please register your return online through our “return portal”.

If you're unable to complete the online returns form, kindly include your order details and the reason for your return inside your parcel.

Returns via Mail

 

Kindly ensure your item is securely packed, as items damaged during shipping will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

 

Send your return to the following address via courier, making sure to clearly display the order number on the outside of the package: Oli Valenti, 244 Stanley Road, RD2, Opotiki, Whakatane, 3198, New Zealand.

 

You can return your item to Oli Valenti store

and your return will be forwarded to our Online team who will issue your refund within five working days upon receipt.

 

Return and Exchange Policy: In-Store Purchases

Credits and Refunds

Purchases made in-store are eligible for credit or exchange if requested within seven days of the original purchase date.

 

To qualify for a credit or exchange, items must be accompanied by proof of purchase from Oli Valenti store. Only products bought directly from Oli Valenti will be eligible for these services.

 

Items intended for credit or exchange, including those with exchange cards, must be returned in their original condition: unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

 

Oli Valenti Jewelry items cannot be returned for credit or exchange due to change-of-mind unless accompanied by an exchange card and in pristine, unworn condition.

 

Fragrance products are non-returnable for credit or exchange due to change-of-mind unless they are unopened and accompanied by an exchange card.

 

Specially ordered products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or faulty.

 

Sale merchandise cannot be returned for credit or exchange unless a defect not disclosed at the time of purchase is present.

 

Credits and refunds for items purchased with gift exchange cards will be processed within the period specified on the respective exchange card.

 

Refund Policy

 

Returns for refunds are only applicable to items that are defective. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund unless a defect that was not disclosed at the time of purchase is identified. Refunds for defective products will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

 

Returns will be denied if proper care instructions were not followed, if the issue is caused by normal wear and tear, or if the warranty period has lapsed.

 

To qualify for a refund, proof of purchase from an Oli Valenti retail location must be provided. Only items bought directly from olivalenti.com or physical Oli Valenti stores are eligible for refunds.
