SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information

All shipments originate from our warehouse in New Zealand. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days; please be aware that online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Although delays during regular shopping periods are rare, they may occasionally occur due to stock transfers required when sourcing products from our stores based on availability.

 

During busy promotional and holiday seasons, we appreciate your patience and recommend allowing at least 3+ business days for your order to be shipped. Rest assured, your order is our highest priority and will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

 

When entering your shipping information, please provide a physical address where someone can sign for the delivery during business hours (9am - 5pm on weekdays). Oli Valenti is not responsible for parcels if customers have authorized DHL or NZ Post to leave packages without a signature.

 

Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. If incorrect information is entered, we cannot guarantee timely corrections, as our warehouse team works to dispatch orders promptly. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at vogue@olivalenti.com with the correct details, and we will do our best to update your order before it ships.

 

1. All packages are shipped via DHL or courier service, and a signature will be needed upon receipt. Deliveries can be made to your residential address or your workplace.

2. To ensure someone is available to receive your order upon delivery, we suggest providing your daytime or business address as the shipping destination.

3. Delivery typically takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Please note that during peak periods, shipping times may be extended, and delays caused by postal services are beyond our control. Processing and delivery may take an additional 3 to 20 business days based on your area. If you have concerns about delivery timelines or if your order is urgent, please contact us.

5. The estimated delivery dates are approximate; customs clearance procedures can cause unforeseen delays outside of our influence.

6. Russia & Belarus

Due to comprehensive export sanctions, we are currently unable to send most purchased goods from New Zealand to Russia and Belarus. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have specific questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

 

Customs Taxes & Fees

 

 Oli Valenti is not responsible for any import duties, charges, or taxes incurred at the destination end. These costs vary according to each country's customs policies; we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the order being returned, and a fee of $150 NZD will be deducted from your refund to cover refusal and return shipping costs. Please be aware that declining customs fees on orders under $150 NZD will make you ineligible for a refund.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your parcel’s progress.
